This week is going to be a treat as it is another away run special treat. Please note that I am on my own this week as a coach and I can add and remove bit of the run to make it shorter and longer for fast and medium event medium slower ones, but I will struggle with the slowest ones of Lar’s group (I know Ric and Mark can not make it) - eg both Andy’s - sorry but you don’t often come. I think almost all of the rest of you are fine.
I hope we will be sitting outside in the sunshine post run, and coffee and bacon sarnies should be good too!!
The plus points about St Julians just in case you have not been there before ...
• St Julians is half way down the hill so you just have to do is just 1/2 a hill - everything else is flat’ish
• There are lots of options on routes for shorter and longer
• The beginners who I can not look after are welcome to meet there and go for a run on their own and join us for coffee
For those on the 9.15 change over Dad's let me know at the start and we will make sure you can get back to Hollybush in time
