Easter home run

Gents,

Spring is nearly here, daffodils blooming, lambs are gamboling (hopefully not loosing any money), so David is promising a running experience to take in this wonderful spring experience, in & around Kent's green & pleasant countryside, how could you possibly miss it?

So we will start from Hollybush at 8am, 25th March 2016.

Easter Weekend weather isn't supposed to be that exciting, however Michael Fish from the BBC has promised me that we'll be OK for our run. Might be a bit windy, but no need for gloves, with a temp of about 7C, ground might be a bit muddy after today's rain, the Lambs don't mind, but trails shoes probably better!!

David is back... hurrah I hear you sing, so as you all missed him so much, I'm sure you'll make that special effort to turn up this week.

If you haven't been for a while, WHY????? However you may have been to Rio, running races, or been ill, or just got over an injury, please let us know and we can help you choose a suitable group.

If you need to get back for a specific time please let us know BEFORE we start running.

Most of you have already got tokens, but if you haven't been for a while, then please go to the tab above and buy some... and collect them when you arrive.

Please join us in Lodge Café after the run for a chat & coffee.

For those thinking about future races, like Paddock Wood Half Marathon (3/4/160, or Darent Valley 10K (17/4/16), then check out the web link, in our oaks blokes calendar, where we show various local races through the year.

For the rest of you, see you Sat morning

If you can't make it this Sat, have a great Easter anyway.
