Something very different this week - with Duncan not recovered yet and Gerry unavailable, I am back organising a session.
This one is going to be something very different - A rest based strength session - in doors
No running ability needed and all fitness levels welcome - ie it is open to ANYONE (really any member is welcome)
There is only one criteria - You must be willing to ache, 24 - 48 hours after.
There were a few moans about my last session - I don't think this will be as hard but I think you will ache more !!!
So there is the hard sell
No need to dress for wet or cold this week as we are in doors. I will meet you in Hollybush at 7.30pm and will jog gently over to the studio (300 meters) where you will be suitably entertained.
This is a one off session as the studio is not being used this week - Those of you who have heard Rene moaning about his aches will get a chance to see what he is talking about. This sort of stuff is great for improving your running and preventing running injury too.
Come and give it a go - It will be fun
