This is a fun 1 hour fun class for men looking to strengthen their core, improve overall fitness, It will also help you prevent getting those aches and pains you may get from day to day activities, such as sports and gardening etc. Not only that it will help improve your running.

These classes can only take 10 participants - if you book late and the class is full - you will not be able to pay on line for that session (other sessions may still be available, so try a different date).
