Blokes on Balls - What will it do for me ?

Thursday 7.30-8.30pm. Cost from £6 per session when purchasing 6 classes.  Discount for Oaks Blokes members. 

The class uses principles developed by physiotherapists to help improve balance and core strength. The fitball provides an unstable base which encourages the you to engage your core abdominal muscles during the class.


Fitball classes will help to improve core strength and balance which can help ease back ache and poor muscle tone. The BOB class is suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness levels and may hep to rehabilitate knee, ankle and other injuries. Our trainers are highly qualified and will work to ensure you get the most out of the session however the class may not be suitable if you have a back or neck injury, so please double check with us if you have an enquiry.


Our BOB classes are booked on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of ten per class ensuring you get lots of personal attention. All equipment is provided and classes are held in a small private studio near to Hollybush recreation ground. Venue details will be sent once a booking has been made.
