A great turnout on Saturday morning at Weald Village Hall for the carpet sale. The guy who had hired the hall for the carpet sale took great offence that we were clogging up 'his' car park so we didn't sample his wares, even to wipe our feet!

We split up into a couple of groups to suit everyone's pace but as there are plenty of stiles on the routes around Weald, the pace usually stays comfortable for everyone. The landscape is wonderful and we roamed from the village right across to Bough Beech reservoir and back before enjoying a friendly welcome from the Windmill pub for coffee and bacon sarnies.
